Privacy Policy

Effective Date: March 2026  ·  Iron Digital MI — Detroit, Michigan

1. Information We Collect

Iron Digital MI ("we," "our," or "us") collects personal information that you voluntarily provide when expressing interest in our services. This may include your name, email address, phone number, company name, project details submitted through our contact and onboarding forms, files or branding assets you upload directly to your Client Portal, and electronic signature audit trail metadata (such as IP addresses, browser agent info, and timestamps) captured when you digitally sign agreements.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Fulfill and manage your web design, software development, and digital services
  • Send project updates, contracts, invoices, and administrative communications
  • Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support
  • Improve our services and understand how clients interact with our systems

3. Third-Party Services

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your data with trusted service providers who perform services on our behalf — such as payment processing (Stripe), email delivery (Resend), and cloud storage (Supabase, Google Drive) — strictly to carry out our business operations. These providers are bound by confidentiality obligations and may not use your data for any other purpose.

4. Data Retention

We retain your project information for as long as necessary to fulfill our services and comply with legal obligations. Active project data is stored in secure cloud systems. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us directly.

5. Your Data Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you. To make such a request, contact us at contact@irondigitalmi.com. We will respond within 30 days.

6. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted data storage and secure transmission protocols. No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. SMS / Text Messaging

Iron Digital MI operates a text messaging program to respond to customers who contact us by phone. If you call our business line and we are unable to answer, you may receive a text message from that same number so we can follow up on your inquiry, understand what service you need, and help schedule an appointment.

We do not share or sell mobile opt-in information or phone numbers to any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information collected through our messaging program is used solely to respond to your inquiry and provide the service you requested.

Message frequency varies depending on your conversation with us; you will typically receive fewer than 10 messages per inquiry. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Once you reply STOP you will receive no further messages from us. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at contact@irondigitalmi.com.

Services provided to our clients

Iron Digital MI also provides messaging services to business clients under their own brands. Where we process customer information on behalf of a client business, we act as a service provider to that business, we use that information only to deliver the service, and we do not sell it or use it for our own marketing.
