Your website starts at $997 for a custom-coded landing page, with full multi-page sites from $1,997. Larger builds — with client portals, business automation, or advanced integrations — typically run $7,997–$24,997+. No Squarespace or Wix here. Every site is coded from scratch. Yes — you pay 50% upfront before work begins, with the remaining 50% due at launch. On larger projects, you can split that into milestone payments. No work starts without a signed agreement and deposit in hand.
On projects over $5,000, you can spread payment across milestones. Smaller projects are billed 50/50. Monthly retainers for ongoing work (SEO, maintenance, automation updates) are billed monthly in advance.
- 3 days — Landing pages. Fast, focused, done.
- 3–5 wks — Standard websites. Clean, custom-coded, mobile-first.
- 6–10 wks — Complex builds with portals, business automation, or backend integrations.
These are the stated deadlines, and most projects land in your hands well before the due date — work doesn't sit. The biggest variable is how quickly you send content and feedback.
- 01 Scope call — 30 minutes. We confirm the project scope, timeline, and price.
- 02 Agreement + deposit — Signed contract and 50% deposit locks in your start date.
- 03 Design — We present wireframes and design concepts. You approve before a single line of code is written.
- 04 Build — Development with check-ins at key milestones. You can see the work in progress.
- 05 Launch — Final review, balance payment, and we push it live. You own everything.
Yes — wherever you are in the US, you're covered. We're Detroit-based, but the entire process runs remote. Discovery, design reviews, and delivery all happen via screen share and async tools. Detroit pride, national reach.
At minimum: a clear idea of what you're trying to accomplish and examples of sites or styles you like. For website builds, you'll eventually need your copy (text), images, and brand assets. If you don't have those yet — we can help source them or build your brand from scratch.
No. Your site is custom-coded from scratch — no page builders, no drag-and-drop templates. That means faster load times for your visitors, no plugin dependencies breaking your site at 2am, and a design that looks unique to you. If you want a Squarespace or Wix site, we're not the right fit.
The Business Suite is your private client portal — track your project stage, submit onboarding info, review design previews, run SEO audits, check scope, and manage everything in one place. It's not a third-party app; we built it ourselves, and you get access from day one.
Your site ships with technical SEO foundations built in — semantic HTML, structured data (Schema.org), proper meta setup, Core Web Vitals optimization, and location-specific page structure. For ongoing SEO campaigns (content strategy, backlink building, monthly reporting), that's a separate retainer. Ask about it on your scoping call.
Yes — it's one of our strongest capabilities. You get automated workflows that handle the repetitive tasks eating your day: lead intake, document processing, outreach sequences, reporting. If you're spending hours on something a well-built system could do in seconds, that's exactly the lane. See the Business Suite page for examples.
You do. Completely. Once final payment is made, we transfer all source code, assets, and credentials to you. No lock-in, no monthly platform fees owed to us, no hostage situation. The code is yours.
Yes. If you'd rather not manage updates, monitoring, and performance yourself, a monthly maintenance retainer keeps your site handled on an ongoing basis. Ask about retainer options on your project scoping call.
Your minor changes within the first 30 days post-launch are included. Larger updates — new pages, feature additions, redesigns — are scoped and billed as new work. We're not going anywhere, and as an existing client you get priority scheduling.
